Who we are
Z-Phase is the recruiting brand of 46 Systems LLC. The registered legal entity remains unchanged.
Information we collect
Employers: company and contact details, business email, and role details including any uploaded job description. Candidates: name, email, LinkedIn profile, expertise, current title, location, career interests, and any uploaded résumé. Contact form: name, email, and message.
How we use it
Solely to provide recruiting services: evaluating searches, matching candidates with relevant opportunities, and communicating with you. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Candidate information is never shared with an employer without the candidate's explicit permission. Employer submissions and uploaded documents are accessible only to authorized Z-Phase administrators.
Storage and security
Data and files are stored in a secured database and private file storage with access restricted to authorized Z-Phase administrators. Data is encrypted in transit.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is useful for recruiting purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hr@z-phase.com.
